Notes
Sunny, light wind, less humid, 70 deg. Bob and I ran out to the high school and did 2 loops on the old XC course. Legs felt kinda fagged on the first mile. Had a GU and felt better the rest of the run. It was a pretty easy pace. We stopped to pick up sticks, branches, and trees and also to enjoy the scenery, the trees are beautiful. Good run. Right knee still feels a little wonky at times. Nice day for a run, a lot better than it has been.
