Sunny cool, 50 deg. Bob and I ran the new powerlines loop. My left foot was sore in the arch area. I can’t remember it I hurt it or is it PF coming back. It was sore yesterday morning, but ok this morning. Didn’t notice it walking down to the mill from Adley’s this morning. Other than that I felt good. Finally some cool fall weather to run in. A really pretty day in the woods. Bluebird sky, no wind, trees are at peak.
