Cloudy, windy, cool , 58 deg. F. Casual run to the MTB trails. Ran the usual way over. Everything felt good. Legs good. Took the snowmobile up and down to the big sign. Ran Take Off kept the pace comfortable but not slow. Ran the second half and then cut up through the lay down area to Fawntastic. This trail was muddy and some water holes from all the rain we've had since Friday afternoon. Crossed the XC trail and jumped onto Bull Pine. Such a pretty trail along Scottie's brook. At the end, I hiked up the steep hill and took Take Off back the way I came. Ran back to the mill the way I came over. Good run. Nice cool day, but cold for June. Felt good no, hip, back, groin issues.
