Notes
Run number 2. Picked up Luka and ran with him on his leash. He stopped to sniff alot at the beginning but not so much once we got into the woods. Of course he pooped as soon as we got into the field. We ran the same bike trail out to the I-95 intersection. I had about 1.2 miles so I turned around. I didn't want Luka to get too tired since we were planning to go to the Lake House. We ran back a little faster since he wasn't sniffing as much. Once we got back to the field, I ran hard and made him run, since he had been trotting the whole time. Picked it up again along the golf course running about as hard as I could. Good work out. It was fun running with Luka and he really like it. Good running this morning.
