Notes
Cloudy, no wind, warm, 53 deg. A little short on time so I ran to the High School and back but skipped Stickytown and went straight up, over and down Franklin. Then took the usual way back and looped down in the parking lot to get to 5 miles. Felt good starting out. Kept the pace easy except for the hills, didn't sprint but tried to do some strides. Ran all the way up Franklin and was pretty gassed at the top but not completely. Ran fairly easy down to the bridge. My left hamstring starting getting sore on Franklin and stayed that way for the rest of the run. It actually felt fine after the long run Sunday. Good run in warm temperatures. If the sun was out I could've got with a short sleeve shirt.
