Notes
Cloudy, pretty warm, slight breeze, 44 deg. Ran with Bob today, fairly easy pace since it was his first run outside in a long time. Worked our way up to the top of Lincoln ave and went down Piscataquis street. Jeff A. stuck his head out the door to say hi, he just got back from skiing. Worked our way down to the high school, looped around the parking lot, then up Somerset. Went by the old house and then turned up Porter West. Ran up through Stickytown to the Hospital, then went down, Knox, up Pine, and back down Maple. Then took the regular way back. Good run. Left knee a little sore on the way out, but seemed ok after I warmed up. Left ankle a little sore at the end. Tried to make sure my stride and form was ok, not sure if I’m compensating for something and that’s cause the pain.
