Hot and humid as the week long stretch of 90 deg weather continues. On vacation this week, building railings for the deck. Couldn't go to the Riverlands since I would get trapped by the parade coming back, so I decided to just go up to Turkey Lane. It was already hot, but there was a good amount of shade. Didn't go to hard. Felt ok the first 3 miles, then started to feel the heat. Worked at keeping my pace down and drinking water regularly. Coming back up Orchard I kept a steady pace but not all out. Cardio not bad, felt pretty hot by the end. I was glad to get this run in. It took a long time to cool down. Good road run.
