did 3x .75 mile at tempo pace(6:09)

added in 1 mile at mp(6:40)

goal was to test heel and thigh for marathon on sunday. not 100% but when are we ever!!!

thank-you Lloyd for another educational training cycle.. always learn alot from you, and you always have me well prepared to meet my goals.. couldnt do it without you.. lets hope the heel and thigh holds up and we are able to enjoy all the hardwork we put in this cycle. plus I have a long vacation hopes for this summer.......
