Did MP workout with Katelyn at her pace

3 miles of w/u and 2 miles c/d

10 MP miles... avg 7:47 per

used the River Run course. first 5 nice rolling down, the turned around and came right back up. Actually did the second half 4 sec faster. Great job Katelyn.

I think the Brooks Cadence is doing good things for my injury.
