11 days left until my marathon. starting to taper a bit. goal for this week will be @ 42-46 miles and next week @ 25-27 miles with a 4x1200m tempo run on wednesday to shake any rust out.
I feel well prepared for Cincinnati, I have a game plan, and I feel my fitness is right where it needs to be. Lloyd has trained me well and educated me well. All I need to do is stick to the plan, and have the confidence in myself to run the race I am capable of running.
