Long run today, started out too fast. Slowed down around the 6 mile mark. Very, very windy and struggled for the last 4.5 miles. But I was happy to get in a long run. I think my calf is almost healed, I dont feel it when I'm running but it does stiffen up around 1 hour after the run. Make sure I stretch after I'm done. Need to get some new shoes, can't find any stores that have Brooks Addrenaline in size 9. Im using my old ones with 375 miles on them. My Nike structures are doing me wrong, I'm not going to wear them anymore.
