Didn't really want to run today was going to take the day off, but I realized it was the day of my one year ann. of my weight loss. May 1st of 2008 I started to eat right, exercise and take vitamins. I weighed 204 pounds that day and 4 months later I weighed 160. Today I weigh 150 so I wanted to run a half marathon to celebrate. No way May 1st of 2008 I could of ran 13.1 miles so it felt good to run a half marathon today. It was windy, rainy and cold today but I didn' feel any of it because all I could think about was the hard work and dedication it took to become healthy and fit. It was the best runI have ever had.
