planned progression run with the group.. kept the pace pretty slow. Some of us are a liitle beaten up from the mountain run on Sunday

10 miles total and picked up the pace every 2 miles

splits:

2- 8:20

2- 7:55

2- 7:40

2- 7:20

2- 6:30 (Tim and I ran ahead on the last 2)

First time using the Garmin 410. what a sweet ass watch
