first quality workout of my abbreviated cycle for Cleveland
workout was 4x8 at a goal pace of 6:20 with 80 sec rests
ended up running just a little faster,
I had no expectations going into this workout with the long layoff from speed workouts
but I was pleasantly surprised with the results, though the run was a little tough, i felt
like I could have given a little more.
Confidence booster for the rest of the cycle. i am looking forward to a strong marathon in may
