planned tempo run of 2x 2miles at tempo pace with 2:30 walking rest

splits:

1- 6:25

2- 6:26

3- 6:10 caught up to a biker and drafted for a while

4- 6:20

overall 6:21 pace, had to work a little harder then expected. Coming along but still lots of work to be done if I'm going to realize my goal for Columbus. I will keep plugging along and ramp up the workouts now that I'm in phase 2 of my cycle
