planned workout on the bike & hike with Lloyd.
Goal ws 4x2 miles (6:15-6:20p) with 2:30 rests between sets
splits
set 1- 12:35 (6:19p)
set 2- 12:39 (6:20p)
set 3- 12:45 (6:23p)
set 4- 12:36 (6:19p)
although as an avg. I met the goal for the workout, I will remember this workout as a let down
I never got into the groove, I made a mistake and had a bowl of cereal on the ride out to the trail
and the food was sitting in my belly for the duration of the run. Almost packed it up and dogged it
on the last set, but i found some motivation to finish strong, hoping this will benefit me come marathon
time
