medium long run after yesterdays 19 miles, I was curious to see how my body would react to the miles. I was happy to see it was ok, I felt decent despite the high winds. Although it is early in the week of a planned 80+ miles.....so far...so good..

I am consciously making the effort to eat great this week to keep my energy in place for high miles. My plan is to have a very strong training cycle for my march marathon.. High miles, 2 solid quality workouts and 1 long run per week, with the rest of the runs at an easy 7:40-7:50 pace.. I have high hopes for March and I don't want a lack luster training cycle to be an excuse to not realize my goals. I am going to totally dedicate myself and put all my trust in Lloyd this cycle and see where it takes me.
