Race-week workout with Lloyd of 4x 1-mile @ T-pace (last mile at goal MP), with 75 second rests. Ran on the measured road course. Goal 6:15 then 6:45 for the last.

Splits: 6:11, 6:15, 6:16, 6:45

Last quality workout before sundays marathon.

I am very anxious to challenge myself to hit my goal of sub 3, if i'm not ready now, I never will be
