started this run with no real expectations as my heel and inner thigh injury has been giving me fits. The first mile was a little painful and the next 2 felt alot better. I decided to attempt a 5 mile mp workout
first 3 miles were pretty fast at 6:30p and the last 2 were into a strong wind and i slowed down to 6:40 pace.
All in all a great workout as I felt good at the end. Im hoping that I dont feel the effects later on today.
9 days till Cleveland. I hope the marathon gods are looking down on me and give me the health I need to be competitive in my race..
