Was inspired for a strong effort today after watching the NYC marathon. The elite men and women are something else, very cool to watch how they can make a 4:50 pace look so easy

I started off the first few miles at an easy 8 min pace and then settled in for the rest of the workout at a 7:25 or so pace. I was a little unsure where my fitness level was, but was excited to see that I still had some left in the tank from this training cycle.
