Notes
Planned on doing the St .Malachi race today ( 5 miles). Ended up working until 2 am the night before. When I woke up the rain and wind was coming down hard and my legs were feeling a little heavy from my hilly 10 mile run from yesterday.
This race has the potential to have over 3000+ runners today, so to avoid the risk of injury from slippery roads and overcrowding I decided to stay in Medina and get in my long run.
Although I had to endure a downpour for the entire 17 miles and cars splashing water on me it still ended up being a very productive workout.
Even pacing throughout, although had to work a little harder towards the end to maintain pace.
