Met up with Lloyd and the Solon group for a 20 mile run on the roads of Solon..
Lots of strong runners in this group, so motivation was not an issue today.
Plan was to ease into some MP miles, didnt end up doing as many MP miles as planned but we
still got in a few and the rest were still an aggressive pace. Some hard hills to contend with
but we hit them pretty strong. All in all a great workout as I am starting to get a feel for my fitness..
Still a long way to go to be at the level I need for Cleveland
splits were kinda all over the place:
