Goal was 3x 10 at an aggressive t-pace with 2 min rests
Splits:
1st set --1.66 miles (6.03pace)
2nd set--1.69 miles(5:58 pace)
3rd set---1.66 miles(6:02pace)
included 7 miles of w/u and c/d
Gave me some confidence for the Inland Trail half in a couple weeks, I am going to go for it. No holding back for my last race of the year
