Another hot & humid run on the measured road course with Lloyd.. Workout was 5x 0.75 mile @ I-pace; with 400m recoveries walk/jog. Target was 5:40 pace, or 4:15 per interval. Wind-aided on the intervals 1, 3, & 5.
