workout today was 2x 2miles @ t-pace with 2:30 rests

Goal was 6:15 pace, nice to get back to doing quality workouts with Lloyd, its always motivating.

first speed workout since Inland Trail Half. Felt pretty good, I am starting my base build for a March marathon now
