was planning on doing this workout outside wed afternoon but I couldnt get out of work
I had to end up doing the workout at 2am on the tredmill, wasnt looking forward to it.
workout was 3x15 at 6:20 pace with 3 min rests between sets
wasnt easy but Im glad I got tthru it and completed, i almost scrapped it halfway thru
but something kept me going. I will remember this workout when im tired and hurting
during my marathon
