5 miles at MP with Rob. Even though im battling a cold and was hard to breathe the workout felt super easy.. Im finding it difficult to target 7:05 pace. 7:05 seems toooo slow but under 7 seems to fast WTF.... Im just going to tuck in with Rob for Boston and let him keep us disciplined to maintain 7:05 for 26.2.. lol NO PRESSURE FOR YOU ROB!! first marathon that I dont have a good gameplan for... gggggrrrr
