planned 4x2 mile tempo workout (2:30 sec. rests between sets) with Lloyd on a marked course
goal was a 6:15-6:20 pace, we actually ran an avg. pace of 6:14, felt strong during this run, we probably could of ran another set but no need.
Splits:
1st set- 12:33 (6:17 pace)
2nd set -12:28 (6:12pace)
3rd set- 12:34 (6:16pace)
4th set- 12-15 (6:08pace)
