Bright and sunny 40F for the interval workout with the Lloyd
Aimed for 6x 1000m @ 3:45 (6:00 pace); with 400m recovery jogs of equal duration
Ran back-forth on measured road course. Splits:
3:43, 3:52, 3:38, 3:34, 3:38, 3:37, 3:43
outstanding workout, all quality workouts are in preperation for my marathon in 8 weeks
feeling good about my fitness but I know there is still alot of room for improvement
3:10 will not come without hard work and proper pre race preperation
