6x90 hill repeats

each sprint was @ 1/4 mile with 2:5 min. recoveries at 8:30 pace

Not a big fan of hill repeats but I know they are an important part of marathon training so I will sacrafice and do them

Included 4 miles of w/u and c/d. Not sure if this is the best hill for this activity, very big hill.
