was going to do 3x 10 min at tempo pace but Tim was feeling shin spints so we cut it down a little
splits:
10 min at 6:17 pace
5 min at 6:08 pace
5 min at 6:15 pace
really just trying to build up stamina, still having to work hard to maintain 6:20 pace for any extended amount of time, DAMMIT
