just tried to go a pace that felt totally comfortable to me. coach told me to go for 30 and see how i felt...i was gonna stop because for the first 30 they hurt like a b but they started feeling fine AT 30...so i went for an extra campus loop ish. my main objective was not to get sucked into hurricane geena and that was successful so i'm happy. i need to keep doing this whole listening to my body thing!
