"recovery run" pace through sort of hilly trails. my body is SOOOOOOO. SOOOOOOOOOORE. like death sore. we went out in 24 and me and jill came back in 23 cus we felt alot better on te way back. it's gonna be nice to have 2 pool workouts tomorrow and no hell circuit...
