8 miles with 5x600 @ 182-190bpm. Struggled to get HR fully up in each interval, while running faster than planned. Not sure what this means really as it's easier to elevate and sustain the HR over a longer interval, such as 1200-1600. have some longer ones next week we'll see how that goes.
