Notes

21 mile run with ERC group. Ran first half with Phil, comfortable with conversation, closer to 9:30 avg pace. Ran next quarter at MP and then high 8's for the remainder. All in all a comfortable run. Should have hydrated more consistently early on, however finished ok. Just a good reminder for race day to consume evenly and a lot.
