Notes

workout was 16w/10@MP(8:00) Running with ERC group is hard becuase they stop so often, so used a warm up partially before starting race pace and heading home from run. Haley dropped me off. met Trae at mile 12 and ran around for 5 together, which makes a big difference in holding the pace and keeping it fun. In the end, did 18 with 12.5 at 8:07 average (HRavg for marathon pace was 165) I was very happy with this and comfortable. Chatting for the last 5 of that drives the HR up a few. All in all, a great workout.
