Guessing a little bit on distance. Had some motivation problems but my body actually felt great - probably all the rest. I ran down Hathaway and back, and did 3 repeats of that big hill - sprinting up, walking a few seconds and jogging back down. My lower legs are little iffy now, prob because of that, I'm not sure if I'm ready for hill work - well, it's probably because I sprinted up. Learned my lesson there.
