temps were perfect, and it was light out until nearly 6. spring's coming.
i went SO, SO slowly and easily, the slowest jog possible, and did some winding around the neighborhood to get up to (about) 4 miles. felt pretty good, except maybe halfway through my right knee felt kind of weak. then as soon as i started walking....BOTH of my lower legs, from my knees to my ankles, felt terribly! just all over achy and hurting. i think it's definitely time for some new, correctly-fitted shoes. if that doesn't fix this...i'm in trouble.
