COMMENTS: A 30 minute outdoor run! I was cold to begin with, but once I warmed up I was comfortable. Felt really good, other than a few twinges in my r knee and l ankle. Went slow, and was never struggling much. Just slowed down more on the hills. I definitely could have gone farther, or faster, but I didn't want to push it on my knee too much (hurt a little before I even began). That loop was really satisfying.
