COMMENTS: Kept it at 5.3 and 0.5% for 30 minutes, then dropped to 5.0 for 10 more minutes, then dropped the incline to 0. At no point was I struggling, except that I got a blister on my right foot again - I need to research that, and I think I probably need to work on my form. If it weren't for blisters (and boredom) I think I could run for ages at 5.0 on the flat.
