took a few walk breaks to evaluate my knee, it seems like its getting better - hurt a few times when i landed wrong, but was mostly just mildly stiff, and was only mildly uncomfortable at the walk breaks. i guess the inflammation from last week has gone down, but i still have the same old popping problem - dr tomorrow.
