Feel like I'm getting sick, so I kept it easy, but once I started running I felt pretty good. Did hill intervals - 10 mins of 2 mins at 2.0% and 1.0%, then 10 minutes of 2 mins at 3.0% and 1.0%, then the last 2 mins at 4.0%. Would have liked to kept going (on a lower/no incline), but had things to do.
