Notes

Felt pretty good, strong. 15 minutes were at 0.5%, 5 minutes were at 1.0%. Could have gone longer at 5.0 and 0.0%, but seemed best not to, so I recovered for 2 min and then did 10 mins of brisk walking on an incline, ended up spending a full hour on the treadmill.

Also, I have some holiday weight that I really need to lose.
