TEMPERATURE: gym

COMMENTS: joints hurt and i felt queasy so i kept it easy. from 10-20 did 0.5% incline at 5.3. could have gone for longer, was hardly breathing hard, but my knees and r ankle felt bad so i ended with 5 minutes of walking a 5.0% incline at 4.0 - that was a better CV workout than the slow run, anyway.

Also did 2 sets of 25 crunches with 2 weights.
