| Notes: | Beautiful morning to run, almost perfect conditions. Sky was pure blue, no clouds, light wind, cool temps, and sunshine. I felt really heavy and sluggish this morning after a couple of days of no runs, but the rest was needed. Some pain in my RLL around mile 3. I have been taking it very easy and just want to see how my RLL is going to respond. So far it has been ok, though I don't think it is resolved given some of the pain I have been experiencing on rest days following back to back run days. I may have to take this winter off from running and do something else. We'll see what happens. |
