Notes:Used Garmin this time just to check for pacing consistency and was pretty good at 9:41, 9:40, 9:34, and 9:19 respectively. Last mile is faster than I would have wanted, but was almost all on asphalt vs. stone for the prior three miles. This was my second run in my new shoes, the Saucony ProGrid Guide. They seem to be working out pretty well so far. Mild stability shoe with good cushioning, which I chose over the Brooks Adrenaline GT8 simply due to the fact that they were $20.00 cheaper at Dick's and felt essentially the same on my foot. I want to try and run closer to 10:00 minute/mile pace from here on out. Now I have a guide for how I have been pacing myself and I will put the Garmin away again for awhile. RLL was ok on run, slightly painful during the run.
