Notes

Fully intended on running at least 14 today...but that didn't happen. Stayed up too late, slept in, was a bit busy and then wasn't feeling great (headache) Decided to avoid the heat so ended up running after I got back home.

Much cooler but humidity was way up...tons of sweat and breathing wasn't real easy. Almost better running in the heat. Fatigued creeped in and I didn't have it mentally today to stay out running in the dark after a long weekend.

I feel like the experiment so far has been good. Some tight muscles and fatigue with the increased intensity and I'm noticing that things like sleep, diet, and fatigue seem to impact me much more than my slower training pace. The 5 mile recovery day was very helpful.

Would have liked 80+ for the week and wanted either a long run or an interval session. But considering the fatigue and allergy/sickness scare, I'm ok with a 75 mile week...will try for more next week and get in my workouts.
