Solid enough run - another encouraging run coming off a Friday double day. Think it was smart to take yesterday completely off.
Legs feeling a bit sore from Friday - single leg stuff certainly is challenging and I should have backed off the weight as has been awhile since I've done it. Quads/knees got tight after about 5 miles - could really feel glute soreness shortly after that - but evidently just tightness and some soreness as fatigue wouldn't have allowed for this pace or mileage.
Got a nice sunrise finally. A huge over-night frost - enough to impact paths/sidewalks.
