Notes

Twinge in low hamstring early on...similar to what I've experienced a few times over recent months. Stretched it out and seemed ok. Legs felt good at times and fatigued later in run.

Wore HRM and HR seemed a bit high for this pace...opted to keep it to 7 miles.
