Notes

Hip felt a little better this morning...most of the soreness is from the butt and very possibly the piriformis. Tried to roll/massage and did some icing this morning and then opted for a trial run at lunch.

First mile sucked but things started to loosen on mile 2. A quicker pace seemed to feel better. I stopped at 2 and will decide later if I want to try for another few miles tonight. Calf muscle feels pretty good, almost as if there was no cramp...really tightened up after last nights run though.

Pretty frustrated....

Ran a mile on the treadmill later in the evening...opted to stop short, but adding it to this entry. Slow pace...like 8:30
